Description

You will serve as a single point of contact for all IT support issues, providing technical assistance to end users and the service desk team.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and deskside support to end users, including C-suite executives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of issues using the SNOW ticket tracking system, ensuring strict SLA compliance and ticket hygiene.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and test hardware and software following approved procedures.
• Execute client onboarding, transfers, off-boarding, and asset refresh projects.
• Maintain hardware/software setup, documentation, and AMDB accuracy.
• Support mobile devices and audio/visual equipment in conference rooms.

Required Skills

• A+ certification and CCNA (or equivalent network experience).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 and the Microsoft end-user suite.
• Experience supporting web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of PC imaging tools.
• Experience using diagnosis and remote control tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the ServiceNow platform.
