Description

You will provide technical support for end-users within Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and troubleshoot desktop software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deploy and provide technical support for x86/x64 computers.
• Manage software deployment, remote control, and Windows updates using Microsoft MECM/SCCM.
• Support iOS and Android mobile devices through enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Maintain technical writing and documentation for support processes.

Required Skills

• 5 years of technical support experience in Windows environments.
• 5 years of experience with Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• 5 years of experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5 years of experience with desktop software installation and troubleshooting.
• 5 years of experience deploying and supporting x86/x64 computers.
• 2 years of experience using remote desktop and remote control tools.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Remote Server Administration Tools.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft MECM/SCCM.
• 1 year of experience with VMware Horizon, VMware Workstation, Microsoft Hyper-V, or similar products.
• Bachelor's degree.
