Description

You provide onsite technical assistance for end users, servers, and network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Execute onsite software installations, security patches, and bulk MACDs.
• Provide smart-hand support for servers, network devices, storage, and cabling.
• Deliver technical setup and troubleshooting for special events and conferences.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and third-party vendors for break-fix resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop and hardware support.
• Proficiency with Windows Desktop OS.
• Hands-on experience with Dell, HP, or IBM desktop hardware.
• Knowledge of Data Center and Network Operation support.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and reporting.
• Basic understanding of servers, blade systems, storage, and tape libraries.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues, firewalls, and cabling.
• Experience providing direct support to VIP users.
• Availability for on-call support during weekends or after business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in weekly or monthly customer activity reporting.
