Description

You will provide hands-on onsite technical support for infrastructure devices and end-user computing environments in Minot, ND.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware maintenance and software support for PCs, mobile devices, printers, and LAN equipment.
• Execute Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC) for workplace technology.
• Troubleshoot drive mappings, permissions, printer queues, and end-user computing issues.
• Manage single-user incidents, VIP tickets, and P2, P3, and P4 service requests.
• Set up, install, and maintain A/V equipment including projectors, TVs, speakers, microphones, and cameras.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or field services.
• Proficiency with Desktop Support and IMAC processes.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix for remote connectivity.
• Competency with Apple Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Experience managing VIP tickets and high-touch user support.
• Ability to provide hardware break/fix coordination for printers.
• Experience using LogMeIn for remote control.
• Skill in configuring and optimizing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
