Description

You will provide onsite IT support for a healthcare system, managing hardware and software lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software components.
• Manage hardware lifecycle tasks including deployments, upgrades, and break/fix incidents.
• Maintain accurate records in workload, asset management, and administrative applications.
• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for service requests and technical incidents.
• Collaborate with Tier II and Tier III teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience repairing and maintaining workstations and laptops.
• Hands-on experience with IP phones, smartphones, and tablets.
• Proficiency in supporting printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with general networking and customer/server concepts.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and navigate various building environments.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service delivery area.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
