Description

You will provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and application technologies within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software across the organization.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including deployments and upgrades.
• Resolve incident break/fix issues and fulfill service requests as a tier I and II resource.
• Maintain accurate records within workload, asset management, and administrative applications.
• Collaborate with tier II and III IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical support experience, or an Associate degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining workstations and laptops.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting IP phones, smartphones, and tablets.
• Technical knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms to end users.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow detailed documentation and checklists.
