Description

Provide deskside and endpoint support to resolve advanced technical issues and manage enterprise hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical scenarios involving endpoint management software, Microsoft products, and hardware peripherals.
• Manage software and application deployments, including packaging, patching, updates, and security baselining.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate technical information and implement corrective solutions for complex desktop problems.
• Image computers, manage inventory, and perform basic breakfix repairs on Dell devices.
• Monitor and analyze gaps in endpoint management clients, inventory, and security patching.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting Windows Operating Systems in a global enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience with SCCM, Intune, Configuration Management, and MDM.
• Proficiency with AD, DNS, Exchange, and Citrix.
• Experience with Microsoft patching cycles, policies, WSUS, and Windows 10 update rings.
• Knowledge of Azure, Windows Analytics, and Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Office 365 or Microsoft 365 technology.
• Basic macOS troubleshooting and Apple device imaging.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly and run cables in desk locations.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation and Agile experience.
• Active technical certifications.
