Description

Provide end-user support, IMAC services, and system imaging for Windows and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end-user support activities.
• Stage, build, and image systems using standard client images (eCore).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Support Manufacturing Shop Floor devices, including handhelds, laptops, and scanners.
• Deliver technical training to junior employees and assist with data collection for migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and custom applications.
• Ability to image desktops and manage system builds.
• Competent in VPN configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong customer-facing and soft skills.
• Experience with data preservation for migrations or eDiscovery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting specialized hardware in manufacturing environments.
