You will provide onsite technical assistance and desktop support in Richmond, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop support requests and handle hardware troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support audiovisual (AV) systems.
• Resolve user technical issues to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Hands-on experience with AV systems.
• Proven track record in technical troubleshooting.
• Any graduate degree.
