Description

You manage hardware refresh cycles and equipment deployments across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the refresh of laptops, desktops, and peripherals to meet hardware and security policies.
• Reimage existing laptops and desktops for redeployment.
• Deploy new hardware and accompanying peripherals to end users.
• Manage medium complexity work efforts with minimal assistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Knowledge of VPN client configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and move around in classroom-style settings daily.
