Description

Manage end-user computing environments and resolve hardware and software issues on-site in Hyvinkää.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues via remote tools and on-site visits.
• Support VDI and Citrix applications to minimize business interruption.
• Install software, firmware, and necessary updates on user devices.
• Manage IT assets and execute IMAC tasks to meet service levels.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or help desk roles.
• Hands-on experience with VDI and Citrix application support.
• Proficiency in laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT asset management.
• Ability to perform software and firmware updates.
• Background in end-user computing support.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
