Description

You will manage network infrastructure, security, and user support for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish network specifications by analyzing user workflows, access requirements, and security needs.
• Maintain network performance by evaluating availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate unresolved cases to vendors.
• Manage network security through access control, monitoring, and documentation.
• Execute network upgrades and hardware installations in collaboration with vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Expertise in networking, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency with firewalls, VPNs, and remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of server management, infrastructure control, and server hardware configuration.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software.
• CCNA, Network+, or CCNP certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a focus on electronics.
