Description

You will provide technical support for onsite and remote users, managing hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software installation issues, standard tickets, and hardware break-fix requests.
• Perform computer reimaging, hard drive replacements, and hardware repairs for desktops and laptops.
• Manage user data backups, system restores, and asset management tasks.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and Remote Desktop teams for hands-and-feet support during incident and problem management activities.
• Maintain onsite audiovisual conferencing hardware and interfaces, including Neat Boards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows and MacOS systems, with a primary focus on Windows.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• Practical knowledge of PC hardware, peripheral installation, and mobile device management.
• Solid understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and LAN configuration.
• Ability to resolve Wireless LAN and Ethernet desktop connectivity issues.
• Experience managing ticket response and resolution SLAs.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• A+, N+, or Windows Certifications.
