Description

You will provide technical field support and hardware management for local users in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Install and image new computers with appropriate software for customers.
• Configure local and network printers and other peripherals.
• Migrate user profiles and data between systems.
• Document all processes and procedures related to technical field support activities.
• Manage and track support requests using the ServiceNow call tracking system.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical support roles.
• Deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, and components.
• Experience managing peripherals and hardware installation.
• Understanding of networking protocols and communications.
• Working experience with ServiceNow for call tracking.
• Ability to perform system imaging and software deployment.
• Proven track record of data and profile migration.
• Any graduate degree.
