Description

You will provide onsite technical support for hardware installations, software deployment, and service desk requests at the Highway Building.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT incidents and service desk tickets by evaluating business impact and prioritizing urgency.
• Install, image, and configure new computers, business applications, and software for users.
• Manage user data migrations and profile transfers during hardware replacements.
• Configure and deploy local and network printers, peripherals, and components.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations on file server storage, network reservations, and account management in AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
• Document all processes and procedures to maintain operational and service level agreements.
• Partner with application development and network infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and provide technical detail on customer-level issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, and components.
• 7+ years of experience installing and imaging computers and loading customer software.
• Proficiency with networking protocols and communications.
• Experience with Data Center Operations, including account creation and modifications.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, Active Directory (AD), and email administration.
• Ability to lead projects and direct the work of others.
• Strong technical documentation skills for maintaining operational standards.
• Knowledge of IT security policies and data protection standards.
