You will provide high-level technical support for hardware installations, software deployment, and service desk requests.
Responsibilities
Install and image new computers, loading appropriate software and migrating user profiles during hardware replacements.
Resolve IT incidents and problems by evaluating business impact and maintaining constant communication with customers.
Configure and install local and network printers, peripherals, and other computer components.
Collaborate with Data Center Operations on account creations and modifications involving AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
Partner with application development and network infrastructure teams to provide technical details for resolving complex software and connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures to meet internal and external service level agreements.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop engineering.
Deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and internal components.
Experience with computer imaging and deployment processes.
Proficiency managing accounts and services within AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
Understanding of networking protocols and communications.
Ability to lead projects and direct the work of others to achieve organizational goals.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining operational standards.
Experience troubleshooting application-level and network-level issues.
