Description

You will own the desktop support lifecycle, from hardware imaging to complex incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and image new computers, migrating user profiles during hardware replacements.
• Resolve IT incidents by evaluating business impact and maintaining constant customer communication.
• Configure and install local and network printers, peripherals, and computer components.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations on account creations and modifications in AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
• Partner with application development and network infrastructure teams to resolve complex software and connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop engineering.
• Deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and internal components.
• Experience with computer imaging and deployment processes.
• Proficiency managing accounts and services within AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
• Understanding of networking protocols and communications.
• Ability to lead projects and direct the work of others.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining operational standards.
• Experience troubleshooting application-level and network-level issues.
