Description

Lead the migration from Windows 10 and 32-bit Office to Windows 11 and 64-bit Office 365, owning the full upgrade lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and reimage workstations to Windows 11.
• Install and configure Office 365 and related software.
• Troubleshoot upgrade issues and provide direct support to end users.
• Track and report deployment status to project teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• 4+ years in a full-time Help Desk or Technical Support role.
• 4+ years using an Endpoint Management System.
• 4+ years using a Workstation Imaging Solution.
• 4+ years using a Service Management Ticketing System.
• 4+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• 4+ years experience with PowerShell scripting and/or SQL reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Symantec Altiris, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Experience with Ivanti Service Desk.
• Experience with Active Directory.
