Description
You will lead the Windows 11 and Office 365 migration, reimaging workstations and supporting end-users through the transition.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Upgrade and reimage workstations to Windows 11.
- Install and configure Office 365 (64-bit) and related software.
- Track and report deployment status to technical and project teams.
- Troubleshoot upgrade issues and provide direct support to end users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
- Active Directory management.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Endpoint Management System experience.
- Service Management Ticketing System proficiency.
- SQL reporting.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
Preferred Skills
- Any Graduate degree.
