Description

You provide second-level endpoint support for users across the US and Canada, managing Windows 10 and Mac OS environments. You own the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems while administering Active Directory Group Policy Objects. You use VBScript and PowerShell to automate and assist with desktop management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for Windows 10 and Mac OS endpoints.
• Manage Windows OS installation and configuration processes.
• Administer Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Utilize VBScript and PowerShell for desktop management and automation.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Desktop Management or Infrastructure Services.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Mac OS endpoint support.
• Proficiency in Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO administration.
• Foundational understanding of VBScript and PowerShell scripting.
• Minimum 1 year of direct technical support experience.
• Ability to support customers located in the US and Canada.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in a similar desktop support role.
