Description

You will provide frontline technical support for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, and repair printers, PCs, and laptops.
• Manage hardware and software troubleshooting, including VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, and VDIs.
• Handle asset tracking and inventory management tasks.
• Support phone and tablet devices (Windows, iPhone, iOS, Android).
• Manage support tickets using a ticketing system.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk role.
• Hands-on support experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
• Experience with Windows Migration processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android environments.
• Proven ability to support clients in a financial environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously or within a team.
