Description

You will provide direct technical support for end-users in Wilmington, handling hardware and software issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software equipment issues.
• Perform repairs on desktop components and peripherals.
• Manage the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Resolve user hardware queries through direct support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in equipment troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with repair and installation support.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
