Description

Provide onsite technical support and infrastructure maintenance for hardware, software, and networking systems in Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents while documenting all requests in the ticket management system.
• Install, maintain, and support new applications, infrastructure, and print technologies including MFDs.
• Manage network connectivity by configuring Wi-Fi access points, managing switched networks, and creating LAN cables.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and virtual server infrastructure, including building new virtual servers.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, perform server patching, manage backups and restores, and maintain security endpoints and firewalls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks and switched network management.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Ability to monitor and support virtual server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of application delivery, patching, and anti-virus maintenance.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance monitoring, and backup/restore procedures.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Worcester, MA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with firewall and endpoint security management.
