Description

You will provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for IT incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and close incidents and service requests according to procedures and timelines.
  • Log incident and service request details in the ITSM tool.
  • Communicate incident progress to clients and ensure tickets are updated until resolution.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) on end-user hardware, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Conduct hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting PC incidents and VIP requests.
  • Manage centralized hardware stocking, local site inventory, and asset management, including break/fix services.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency with ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow and Remedy.
  • Experience with Ms Office suite.
  • Ability to perform hardware and software provisioning, imaging, and workstation setup.
  • Familiarity with IT policies and adherence to QHSE standards.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Capability in performing on-site admin tasks such as OS migration and backups.
  • Knowledge of IT security issues and virus elimination assistance.
