Description

You will provide technical support and hardware maintenance for end-users across multiple operating systems and environments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users via hands-on or remote assistance.
  • Manage computer setups, hardware installations, and operating system updates.
  • Provide training to end-users on relevant applications and hardware.
  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support various projects.
  • Maintain and update geospatial databases while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Record logs of all rendered support and respond to client inquiries.

Required Skills

  • 4-7 years of experience in Service Desk, Field Services, or Remote Desktop Support.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems.
  • Experience analyzing geospatial data and using geospatial software and tools.
  • Experience maintaining and updating geospatial databases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
