You will provide technical support and hardware maintenance for end-users across multiple operating systems and environments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users via hands-on or remote assistance.
- Manage computer setups, hardware installations, and operating system updates.
- Provide training to end-users on relevant applications and hardware.
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support various projects.
- Maintain and update geospatial databases while ensuring data accuracy.
- Record logs of all rendered support and respond to client inquiries.
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in Service Desk, Field Services, or Remote Desktop Support.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems.
- Experience analyzing geospatial data and using geospatial software and tools.
- Experience maintaining and updating geospatial databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
