Description

Provide desk-side and break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Manage the ticket queue, resolve incidents within SLAs, and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform IMACDs, data migration, refreshes, and onsite software updates.
• Manage shift planning, on-call rosters, and resource productivity.
• Ensure security compliance through access reviews, risk assessments, and facility inspections.
• Coordinate with Level 3 support and project teams for service delivery enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in desktop support and desk-side assistance.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
• Experience with data migration and IMACD processes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel to remote sites.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service orientation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
