Description

Provide technical assistance and meeting room support for executive and conference facilities in Cooperstown, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical setup for meeting bridges, telephony, ports, and projectors.
• Perform regular housekeeping checks on conference rooms to ensure seamless functionality.
• Act as the first point of contact for all room-related technical issues and coordinate remedial work.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and advise users on room availability using the online booking system.
• Liaise with catering, IT, engineering, and property management teams to provide required service support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical assistance.
• Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing conference room technology and audiovisual equipment.
• Ability to manage meeting room bookings and technical setups in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills for greeting visitors and answering telephone calls.
• Experience maintaining visitor logs and following security protocols.
• Ability to report faults through facilities response centers or supervisors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with visitor entry and exit management following established security procedures.
