Description

You will provide on-site technical support to end-users at the Coppell, TX location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Maintain and repair HP desktop computer hardware.
• Resolve printer-related technical issues.
• Perform software installations and routine hardware maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with HP desktop computers.
• Expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong software installation and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux and GCP.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
