Description

Provide technical support for data processing personnel, managing hardware, software, and user environments in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory and perform equipment imaging using SCCM.
• Execute software installations, equipment rollouts, and user migrations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software to resolve technical issues.
• Identify, document, and distribute IT issue resolutions to stakeholders.
• Assess new products and services to suggest enhancements to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM imaging technologies.
• Knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience managing MFD (Client preferred).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite desktop applications.
• Proficiency with MS365 web applications.
• Strong communication skills for issue documentation and resolution.

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
