Description

You will own the imaging, configuration, and deployment of Windows laptops to meet end-user technology needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure Windows laptops in bulk using SCCM task sequences.
• Perform first-time setup, including software installation and configuration for new devices.
• Support laptop refresh projects, managing device replacement and data migration.
• Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot imaging issues like PXE boot failures.
• Update asset management systems and coordinate the wiping and return of retired assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop deployment, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows laptop imaging and SCCM task sequences.
• Familiarity with CompTIA A+ principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Certified: Desktop Administrator concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration strategies for device refreshes.
