Description

You provide onsite and remote technical support for users in the Fort Mitchell, KY region.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in Windows-based environments.
• Resolve technical issues through remote assistance and in-person interaction.
• Perform computer installations and hardware repairs as required.
• Manage basic network troubleshooting tasks to maintain connectivity.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of direct experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience with computer installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and user-facing communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite travel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.
