Description

Provide on-site technical support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort, KY.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and install computer equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows environments.
• Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and end-users.
• Deliver reliable support under pressure in a field services capacity.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in desktop or technical support.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and standard hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Proven ability to work independently in an onsite, long-term contract role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
