You will provide on-site technical support for multiple agencies in Frankfort, KY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and install computer equipment and hardware.
• Manage and resolve user requests through ticketing software.
• Provide direct technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to agency personnel.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Proven experience with computer configuration and installation.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain performance while working under pressure.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with ServiceNow workflows.
