Description

You will own the daily technical support and maintenance of PC hardware, software, and peripheral systems in Bangor, ME.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document, upgrade, and replace hardware and software components.
• Manage user account information, including security rights and system groups.
• Identify product failures, order replacement parts, and provide hands-on support for servers and networks.
• Trace network connection issues back to switches and escalate unresolved problems.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer systems and peripherals.
• Ability to manage user accounts, security rights, and system groups.
• Network troubleshooting skills, including tracing connections to switches.
• Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and mobile devices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing hands and feet support for servers and networks.
