Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
• Manage user account information, including security, rights, and system groups.
• Train employees on system usage and identify product failures.
• Order and replace parts as required to maintain functionality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or a related technical field.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to analyze and resolve system failures.
• Experience maintaining software and hardware systems.
• Knowledge of user account management and security group administration.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
