Description

Execute a nationwide equipment rollout and integration project involving hardware installation and user support.

Responsibilities

• Install computers, printers, scanners, workstations, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Clean up installation materials and prepare legacy devices for shipping or pickup.
• Educate employees on new systems and equipment changes through direct customer service.

Required Skills

• Desktop Support or Help Desk Support experience.
• Hardware installation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to commute to Fort Smith and surrounding areas.
• Ownership of reliable personal transportation for travel to install locations.
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule.
