Description

You provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a Hong Kong office setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents from initial report through resolution, including hardware and software break-fix services.
• Own IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and desk-side support services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations by managing patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance across all devices.
• Provide VIP desk-side support and act as the primary site contact for IT issues when other teams are unavailable.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Expertise in MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience using Service Now or similar service management tools.
• Practical knowledge of AD, VPN, and Lync.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Ability to manage spare and buffer stock.
