Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various IT issues for end users.
• Provide technical support for desktop computers and printers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Hands-on experience with desktop computers.
• Proficiency in printer support and troubleshooting.
• General technical support expertise.
