Description

You provide technical support and hardware maintenance for onsite users in Long Island City.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
• Resolve operating system issues and software conflicts.
• Manage and update service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and support conference room AV equipment and SMART Boards.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop support.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair expertise.
• Strong knowledge of operating system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Service Desk software and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Conference Room AV equipment and SMART Boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience.
