Description
You will provide primary desktop support for Windows operating systems, mobile device management, and video conferencing systems across multiple field locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily support to local field sites, including extensive travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Manage MACD activities for end-user LAN and voice devices.
- Perform hardware tasks including racking, stacking, and physical device installation.
- Document recurring issues in the Knowledge Base and maintain detailed case status within the ITSM system.
- Execute critical incident processes and follow established safety and compliance protocols.
Required Skills
- 5 years of combined experience in IT field technologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 10 and Windows registry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), iOS, and mobile web apps.
- Active Directory administration and Azure MFA troubleshooting.
- Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to differentiate between hardware and software faults.
- Desktop imaging and support for video conferencing systems.
- Basic networking troubleshooting and LAN/voice device support.
- General troubleshooting knowledge for macOS and printers.
