Description

Provide technical support for a mixed hardware and software environment. You will own the resolution of issues across Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Apple MacBooks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Maintain and fix software issues involving Microsoft Office 365, 2011, and 2016.
• Manage user access and connectivity using Cisco AnyConnect VPN and PingID.
• Administer endpoint security and deployment tools including McAfee AV/ePO, SCCM, and Casper.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows 10 OS.
• Hands-on experience managing Lenovo ThinkPad and Apple MacBook hardware.
• Demonstrated experience with SCCM and Casper.
• Knowledge of McAfee AV/ePO and Crashplan.
• Experience supporting Cisco AnyConnect VPN and PingID.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
