Description

You will maintain corporate technology systems and support technical solutions for complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Install software, patches, and new environments as required.
• Configure systems and monitor the performance of programs and hardware.
• Develop technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Write and maintain documentation for system coding, testing, and changes to ensure SOX compliance.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and collaborate with developers and analysts.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Windows-based hardware and software applications.
• Experience with Windows-based programming languages and database structures.
• Active Directory.
• Windows Server 2000 or higher.
• Office 2000 or higher.
• Exchange 2007 or higher.
• Virtualization experience including VDI, Citrix, or VMware.
• Mobile and cellular technology support (iPad, Tablets, iPhone).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent significant experience.
