Description

You will manage enterprise endpoint support, system integration, and device lifecycle tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Package and deploy software using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies and groups.
• Support hardware replacement and manage device setup for Dell/HP PCs.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 auto-enrollment and security features.
• Provision and manage user accounts across Azure AD, GitHub, and Salesforce.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT support or endpoint administration.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 OS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of SCCM for computer imaging and trouble ticket workflows.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ZPA or similar Zero Trust access tools.
• Experience managing accounts within GitHub and Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise system integration tasks.
