Description

You will provide technical support and operational maintenance for Data Center infrastructure and service delivery processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide touch labor support within Data Centers and manage asset inventory.
• Troubleshoot network and system problems to resolve hardware and software defects.
• Identify chronic production incidents and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate service introduction and change activities with vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor, alert, and report on service performance against objectives.

Required Skills

• Experience with Data Centers, infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in incident management and Problem Management/RCA workflows.
• Supplier management and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and system issues following technical manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and documentation.
• Experience working with IT teams on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage change and handle conflict in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Nlyte for asset inventory management.
• Experience with Mainframe and Mainframe Storage (z/OS, CICS, VASM).
