Description

You will provide technical support for end-user requests and manage equipment lifecycle in Tessenderlo.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user requests and troubleshoot system or order issues.
• Deliver equipment and technical support in accordance with established service levels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding equipment orders.
• Maintain professional documentation and follow-up communications.
• Assist with reporting requests as required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 Suite.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
• Any Graduate degree.
