Description

You will resolve PC, hardware, and network issues for users via phone, email, chat, or in-person. You manage the full hardware lifecycle, from deploying equipment for onboarding to collecting devices during offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues involving laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity.
• Execute PC lifecycle projects, including application and data migration.
• Maintain asset accuracy by coordinating with the asset team during hardware shipments and returns.
• Document incidents and escalate complex issues to appropriate technicians according to SLA processes.
• Create and update knowledge base articles to support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 applications.
• Experience imaging PCs using SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Hands-on experience with mobile device management via Intune MDM.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network and printer connectivity issues.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
