Description

Provide technical support and hardware maintenance for desktop and laptop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop devices.
• Manage and resolve user requests using ticketing tools.
• Maintain and support Windows-based operating systems and MS Office suites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems to ensure user productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
• In-depth experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Mac OS.
• Basic Windows system administration experience.
