Description

You will support and resolve diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues in a night shift capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
  • Provide continuous IT support during assigned night shifts.
  • Maintain the stability of the IT environment.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on IT work experience.
  • 3-5 years experience with IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills for interfacing at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Airline Industry experience.
