You will support and resolve diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues in a night shift capacity.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
- Provide continuous IT support during assigned night shifts.
- Maintain the stability of the IT environment.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on IT work experience.
- 3-5 years experience with IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service skills for interfacing at all organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Airline Industry experience.
