Description

You will provide technical support and manage desktop technologies within a supply and delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Build Windows 10 laptops from images and manage hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues involving Outlook, Teams, and in-house applications.
• Resolve incidents and manage tickets using the ServiceNow tool.
• Maintain VDI infrastructure and resolve user connectivity or performance issues.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for hardware replacements and asset management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical IT roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 imaging and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident resolution.
• Technical knowledge of VDI infrastructure.
• Experience using Asset Management tools.
• Ability to interpret complex business and IT requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical information to management.

Preferred Skills

• Maltese language skills.
