Provide on-site desktop support for front-office users, ensuring minimal disruption to trading and portfolio management operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk-side support during market hours for portfolio managers, traders, and sales teams, ensuring rapid resolution of time-critical incidents.
• Manage end-to-end ownership of issues affecting market data feeds, order execution, and pricing systems, coordinating with cross-functional IT teams.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based laptops, multi-monitor setups, and secure endpoints in VDI/Citrix environments.
• Provide L1 support for investment applications including Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, and Aladdin, alongside Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow or Jira with strict SLA adherence, logging accurately and following ITIL processes for prioritization based on business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT Desktop Support or Trade Floor Support within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong expertise in Windows desktop and endpoint support, including multi-monitor and high-performance workstation configuration.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for incident and request management.
• Experience supporting front-office stakeholders in market-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
• Basic infrastructure knowledge: Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and clear communication.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OMS/EMS and portfolio management tools (e.g., Aladdin).
• Knowledge of market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet).
